How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Boshirt Store (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

I am using it well, but when the yellow light comes on, it says the water is boiling. However, in the 2nd product mode, the yellow light does not come on. I have to brew the coffee with hot water.
Beware espresso size coffee only, long coffee drinkers won't find their kick. With hot water you can brew at least 20 coffees. However with cold water, the heat function is only capable of doing 3 or 4 60ml coffees. The 19 bar pressure is maybe far overrated as the coffee has very little foam. A true 19 bar nespresso machine gives a rich foam. Also if you use your own ground coffee the pressure is not strong enough to extract and the motor stops. Best results so far were with nespresso size capsules. Full charge takes quite long 3 or 4 hours. It cannot be loaded and used simultaneously if your device is low of battery. Device is light and very convenient to transport. In summary it doesn't replace a true coffee maker but definitely saves the day while on the go or camping. Recommended

Nice portable device to feed my espresso addiction on the go. Came with the surprise of being able to take large capsules and normal ground espresso in addition to nespresso capsules. Unless something mechanical goes wrong which im hoping no, this is a bargain if not some form of theivery.
Arrived quickly in Brazil, through Anjun. The product was not well packed for shipping. The box opened and the pieces came loose inside the envelope. Did not break, but the transparent Cup was all scratched. The coffee maker works well. I did two extractions with small capsules and there were no leaks. The coffee came out at a very good temperature with the heating of the machine itself, but I thought it made less foam (crema) than normal. Perhaps the machine does less pressure during extraction than informed, even then the coffee came out very strong, fragrant and tasty. The water reservoir is enough to make just a cup of espresso. For a second Cup it is necessary to replenish the water reservoir and wait for it to warm up again. You also have the option of already putting in hot water and extracting the coffee direct, without having to wait for the machine to heat up.
Seems good... Now it needs to be tested. It is being charged because it comes with little battery. I 've done two tests to clean the circuit. Then when it is loaded I will prove that there is the coffee. The water receiver a little small.

The article I never received the transport company ecosooting is a disaster, at least in my area, it is not the first time that I do not receive the shipment because of this company. The seller has resetted the refund, but I was left without a gift from the wise men.
The first shot was perfect!! Hopefully, this will be a nice addition to my workspace through the day for a little pick me up. Used the coffee powder pod and worked perfectly. I got a pack of Nespresso pods coming, so we'll see how that works.

A handy thing to drink an espresso Coffee quickly. A bigger Coffee does not go because it is only a small water reservoir.
Handy espresso maker for on the go. Its only drawback is it can be messy if you are not careful using the machine. It takes pods and works well, and gives the option to use your own ground beans to make the espresso! I don’t know what else to say about it other than it makes good espresso on the go just like advertised, and is very convenient as long as your not driving while you attempt to make an espresso! The delivery was relatively quick!

All good but the amount of Agra that can be heated is very itchy, it only gives for an espresso and yards about 6 minutes to get it. You can only do 2 or almost 3 in a row, then you have to wait for it to cool down because the overheating control leaves the device disabled for about 6-10 minutes

The product arrived early, it is as the picture, the only problem I see is that it carries very little water load, it only gives for a very very short coffee, and in those capsules of the dolce gusto that are 3 or 4 stripes, a lot of product is wasted, Since if you pour water again, until it heats up, which is more than 5 minutes, the first one you had thrown is cooled down.
