What about customs?

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

Great~~~ I'm using it well during camping. However, the capsule cap connection rubber comes off easily, so be careful when cleaning. Still, it's a solid choice worth taking for someone who loves coffee like me. I recommend it. It's perfect as a gift for a friend who is a camper.
It's a bit complex, since due to the small water deposit, the cups are very short. I have to make two capsules for a normal cup of coffee or heat milk first and then make the coffee with a normal capsule for a complete cup of coffee. For a makeshift solution outside the house, it's not bad as long as you do what was previously mentioned. In summary, for a coffee outside the house, I recommend it. I have only tried the capsule issue. I haven't arrived yet with the normal coffee. I will continue to inform.
It makes nice espresso shots. It is great for traveling! I will probably buy another one as a gift for my colleague who is coffee enthusiast.

It works. The espresso is weak but it is nice for camping. I might try stronger coffee or hot water. I think it is nice but you need a couple of shots to get a good cup of coffee.

The unit is well made from quality materials and presents well. I tried a dry run, well a wet run without coffee and although slow to heat the water, not so slow as to be annoying and the water was reasonably hot, hot enough to have to allow to cool a little before imbibing. The next run involved a small coffee pod, the resulting product was cool enough to drink when a little milk was added. The quantity is small but seeing as this is marketed as an espresso maker that is quite acceptable. I am happy with this device and it now forms an integral part of my off-grid equipment kit.

Instructions were unclear. I’m not even sure which cups are compatible, but keurig cups are definitely not one of them. I’ll go by walmart and see if there’s other kinds available.

I have recently received my order and, although I am satisfied with the coffee maker I purchased, I am obliged to inform them of an incident with the packaging. Upon receiving the package, I noted with concern that the box had several visible damages. Fortunately, the coffee pot was in perfect condition and, after conducting some tests, I can confirm that it works properly and meets my expectations. However, I confess that at first I was afraid that the product was defective due to the condition of the packaging. I appreciate that the coffee maker has arrived in optimal conditions and, for now, I am very happy with my purchase. However, I suggest you reinforce the packaging of your products to avoid possible future inconveniences.
The coffee maker allows for making multiple coffees (I tested with 2). I tested with capsules. Practical for travel.
Arrived in a flimsy box but otherwise no damage. The item appears to be well made and had some charge in the battery. I have it a full charge and washed the removable parts. First run with water only then followed by a run with ground coffee. It takes 4 to 5 minutes to heat up the tap water then coffee extraction takes place. The temperature of the coffee is hot enough but there was no crema. The portion of coffee is limited by the size of the water tank and was small. Overall the taste was average but the item as a whole is very useful.

Arrived quickly. Customs clearance caused a 3 million won usage cost of 22,000 won to be lifted. It takes about one more day. Fortunately, 2 million won is cut and 3 million won is charged to customs duties. There are signs of someone opening the content. But it works. Very cheap and well purchased. Buy it all. great. You can use Nespresso capsules, Dolce Gusto capsules, and regular coffee powder.
The battery is very good, if you do it with cold water it is very slow making coffee, when you do it with perfect hot water, the capsule chocolate comes out very watered.
Heats the water and the water flows but the adapter for the coffee in powder does not work (a small yellow joint also seems to be missing) rudimentary instructions will we see if it works with a Nespresso capsule?
Working well, heating time 5 min, but if fill in by hot water- just extraction 1 minutes is needed, prepare small amount of espresso, charging is app. 4 hours.

Handy espresso maker for on the go. Its only drawback is it can be messy if you are not careful using the machine. It takes pods and works well, and gives the option to use your own ground beans to make the espresso! I don’t know what else to say about it other than it makes good espresso on the go just like advertised, and is very convenient as long as your not driving while you attempt to make an espresso! The delivery was relatively quick!
I purchased it due to the advertised twenty bars of pressure; however, I doubt the plastic can withstand that pressure, and it leaks water from the sides rather than into the coffee container. Not really satisfied, the amount of coffee it produces is rather small, would not buy it again.

All good but the amount of Agra that can be heated is very itchy, it only gives for an espresso and yards about 6 minutes to get it. You can only do 2 or almost 3 in a row, then you have to wait for it to cool down because the overheating control leaves the device disabled for about 6-10 minutes

The grind size feels like an espresso, and it seems a bit difficult to pull, but it seems good for Nesso capsules. First of all, perhaps because it uses hot water, the battery consumption seems to be quite moderate... Arrived quickly in Brazil, through Anjun. The product was not well packed for shipping. The box opened and the pieces came loose inside the envelope. Did not break, but the transparent Cup was all scratched. The coffee maker works well. I did two extractions with small capsules and there were no leaks. The coffee came out at a very good temperature with the heating of the machine itself, but I thought it made less foam (crema) than normal. Perhaps the machine does less pressure during extraction than informed, even then the coffee came out very strong, fragrant and tasty. The water reservoir is enough to make just a cup of espresso. For a second Cup it is necessary to replenish the water reservoir and wait for it to warm up again. You also have the option of already putting in hot water and extracting the coffee direct, without having to wait for the machine to heat up.
Nice portable device to feed my espresso addiction on the go. Came with the surprise of being able to take large capsules and normal ground espresso in addition to nespresso capsules. Unless something mechanical goes wrong which im hoping no, this is a bargain if not some form of theivery.

I received the coffee machine and it seemed to me as advertised. I read the instructions and went to try with 1 NESPRESSO capsule, then my 1st disappointment was that the coffee didn't start foam, it looked like a coffee bag, then the 2nd disappointment, I tried to remove the capsule but the support was so tight, it only came out with alicate. I noticed that there was no loose for the piece to come out, it was too tight. I charged the machine and after 2 hours the green appeared, therefore it had a charge. I tried again with another capsule and then the 3rd disappointment, it changed the foam. The machine does not have pressure to remove a real nespresso. I will not make a return because it has already happened to me twice to make returns and I am left without the money and the merchandise. Did I only have bad luck with this purchase? I do not recommend

It's a perfect top machine when you want a coffee wherever you are. The machine allows you to make hot coffee (1 only way), the tank is aluminum and of very good quality. For each coffee, you will need to add water equivalent to a medium cup. Large coffee amateurs in a large cup of American coffee style are not for you but still.

I am using it well, but when the yellow light comes on, it says the water is boiling. However, in the 2nd product mode, the yellow light does not come on. I have to brew the coffee with hot water.

Beware espresso size coffee only, long coffee drinkers won't find their kick. With hot water you can brew at least 20 coffees. However with cold water, the heat function is only capable of doing 3 or 4 60ml coffees. The 19 bar pressure is maybe far overrated as the coffee has very little foam. A true 19 bar nespresso machine gives a rich foam. Also if you use your own ground coffee the pressure is not strong enough to extract and the motor stops. Best results so far were with nespresso size capsules. Full charge takes quite long 3 or 4 hours. It cannot be loaded and used simultaneously if your device is low of battery. Device is light and very convenient to transport. In summary it doesn't replace a true coffee maker but definitely saves the day while on the go or camping. Recommended
Seems good... Now it needs to be tested. It is being charged because it comes with little battery. I 've done two tests to clean the circuit. Then when it is loaded I will prove that there is the coffee. The water receiver a little small.
The product arrived early, it is as the picture, the only problem I see is that it carries very little water load, it only gives for a very very short coffee, and in those capsules of the dolce gusto that are 3 or 4 stripes, a lot of product is wasted, Since if you pour water again, until it heats up, which is more than 5 minutes, the first one you had thrown is cooled down. The rest is perfect. It is charged with usb and does not weigh too much to carry.

The shipment arrived on time. In the photos you can see it disassembled after trying it with a coffee and then tea with capsules of the Nespresso type using cold water and making it heat up at the appliance (about 5/6 minutes). I am satisfied with the result obtained. It can also work with larger capsules (I have no idea which ones) and also with coffee powder. In addition there is a spoon for the coffee powder and a power cable but without the charger... as advertised.
